Shipping Terms & Conditions

Prohibited Items

FlyEx BD strictly prohibits the international shipment of the following items:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Illegal items
  • Liquid items
  • Perishable goods
  • High-value goods
  • Restricted technology

Claims for Lost Items

  • Claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • Supporting documentation may be required.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory; claims without video evidence will not be accepted.

Customs & Documentation

  • Recipients must provide required documents requested by customs.
  • Customs delays, duties, and taxes are beyond FlyEx BD’s control.

Declaration of Value

  • The sender must declare the parcel value in BDT at the time of booking.
  • FlyEx BD is not responsible for undeclared or missing items.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Delivery is typically completed within 5 working days.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or unforeseen issues.

Export Declaration Charge (EDC)

An additional charge of Tk 3500 will apply for sending any legitimate products other than garments.

Unclaimed Parcels

FlyEx BD is not responsible for parcels left unclaimed for more than 30 days.

Gift Mode Shipments

A 15% VAT will be applied to parcels sent under gift mode.

Returns by Bangladesh Customs

If a parcel is returned by Bangladesh Customs after booking, the payment is non-refundable.

Parcel Inspection

FlyEx BD reserves the right to open and inspect any shipment for security or legal purposes without prior notice.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Parcels

  • The sender must provide a complete and accurate address.
  • Correction or re-routing charges may apply.
  • Undeliverable parcels may be returned at the sender’s expense.

Acknowledgment of Terms

By booking a shipment with FlyEx BD, you confirm that you have read and accepted all terms and conditions.

Customers are advised to carefully review prohibited items and ensure proper documentation. While FlyEx BD strives to provide a smooth shipping experience, external factors such as customs procedures and weather conditions may affect delivery timelines.
